Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
  • Conduct regular business reviews and success planning
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
  • Create and deliver training materials and documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of CRM and business automation concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Data-driven approach to customer success
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
