Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation

Create and deliver training materials and documentation
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Experience with B2B SaaS products
Strong understanding of CRM and business automation concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Data-driven approach to customer success
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
